The Manchester Regional Police & Fire Pipeband maintains an active year round training program. Persons interested in learning the pipes and drums may apply any time.
Prospective students are welcome to visit us at any of our events or to drop by a practice on Tuesday evenings.Please contact the Pipe Major for more details.
Students are then interviewed and assigned to an instructor. Students may be trained as individuals or in small 2 - 6 person groups depending on their desire and availability.
Students have ranged in age from 8 to 80 and all that is required is a desire to learn and and a positive "can do" attitude.
